Shreveport is located in northwestern Louisiana on I-20 (east-west) and I-49 (north-south).

The BSG meets on the campus of LSU Shreveport, located in southeast Shreveport (along the 8500 block of Youree Dr.), One University Place, Shreveport, LA 71115-2399 .

Meetings are held at the facilities of the LSUS Museum of Life Sciences Annex. See the map below for the location on the Annex on the LSUS campus. The museum annex is next to the KDAQ radio tower.
