This is a still frame taken from a video made
using a camcorder so the quality isn't great,

Tropical Parula, Cross Lake, Shreveport, Louisiana

These are video stills taken in the Moffet's backyard. The bird was flitting in an oak canopy 30 to 40 feet above the second story patio from which we strained to see it.

I had just bought the camera and had not figured out its dials. This may have been the day that the Moffett's decided that the bird was a Tropical Parula and was the first day that Charlie and Terry saw it - November 26, 1999.
